Vivian and Michael’s story began in the bustling halls of medical school. This is where long nights of studying slowly turned into long conversations, laughter, and love. It’s always a privilege to witness two people whose connection runs so deep. Having the opportunity to capture their big day was an honor, I was able to whiteness a key moment in their beautiful journey they started years ago.
The Tea Ceremony
Before the ceremony began, Vivian and Michael honored their Chinese heritage with a traditional tea ceremony. A beautiful and emotional moment where they paid respect to their elders and symbolized the merging of two families. After the Traditional Tea Ceremony, the wedding party separated in order to prepare for the wedding ceremony. This gave the groomsmen and the groom the opportunity to hangout and goof off a little. It also gave the bridesmaids and the bride the chance to get ready and have those special moments to treasure.
The First Look
Now, ready for their ceremony, Vivian and Michael decided to share a sweet moment that I absolutely loved capturing for them. Some do choose to share a first look moment before the ceremony, while others prefer the first look to be during the ceremony. Either way I love capturing the moment, the joy, the love, all of it, because it is so full of love!

The Guglielmo Winery Wedding ceremony that followed was nothing short of magical. Friends and family gathered under a charming white tent, watching as Vivian walked down the aisle with serene grace. Michael’s face lit up in a way only love can bring out, and that moment, like so many others that day, is one I’ll never forget.
